As many of you know I have practiced and been teaching full body exercises for many years. These are exercises where we try to incorporate the torso, all our limbs and use as many muscles as possible. Additionally, we want to promote full range of joint motion while working at improving posture that is constantly challenged in our increasingly sedentary world.
One such exercise I have taught is a forward-facing wall squat. This exercise represents a transition exercise to a free-standing wall squat. I found an excellent example of a free standing wall squat which also adds a mobility exercise for the arms so one can transition eventually to an overhead squat.
Below is the link to this exercise. Remember to go slowly, use no weight and if anything doesn’t feel right discontinue until you can check with a professional.
Good luck and enjoy.

Since returning to Dr Guy, I have found that my neck has not been as painful. seems easier to relax at home.
Also my back, especially at my hips are not so tight and sore. I am glad that you are back and that making appointments are easy.
